SC-3040 IP67 Hard Case

SC-3040 IP67 Hard Case is designed for the safe transportation, storage, and protection of sensitive electronic devices, measurement equipment, and valuable components against external factors.

The case body is manufactured from high-impact-resistant Polypropylene Copolymer (PPC) material. Its robust body structure helps protect the equipment inside against impacts and mechanical stresses that may occur during transportation and field use.

Sealing between the lid and the body is provided by a polyurethane foam gasket applied directly onto the product using a gasket dispensing machine. The continuously formed-in-place gasket creates a uniform seal between the surfaces when the lid is closed, providing the case with an IP67 protection rating.

SC-3040 is suitable for transporting electronic devices, test and measurement equipment, medical products, field devices, sensor systems, and specialized equipment. The internal space can be customized according to the application with custom foam solutions and CNC machining options.
