19" Steel Rack Blanking Panel

Designed in accordance with the IEC 60297-3-100:2008 standard, the RS-210 series 19” Bent Blank Panels provide a neat appearance by covering unused spaces in rack systems and reduce the risk of accidental external contact with the equipment.  

The 12 mm bends along the top and bottom edges increase the panel's rigidity and resistance to flexing. This allows the use of thinner sheet metal and provides a lighter solution compared to flat panels. By limiting unwanted airflow, the panel helps regulate airflow inside the cabinet and contributes to improved cooling efficiency.

The standard product is manufactured from 1 mm DKP steel sheet and coated with black fine-textured electrostatic powder coating, RAL 9005. It is available in height options from 1U to 6U.

Upon request, it can be manufactured from DKP steel, aluminum, or stainless steel in various thicknesses up to 5 mm. Ventilation openings, cable entry holes, and custom cutouts can be added according to customer requirements, allowing the panel to be adapted to different applications.
